Another Spring Break project nearing completion:
Yesterday I had my first experience in machine quilting thanks to my mother-in-law (Mom J). THANK YOU!
It took all three of us (me, Mom J, and Mom N) to attach the quilt to the machine. How people do it alone, non of us has a clue. After choosing a pattern and telling the machine what area to stitch the computer did most of the rest of the work. Other than cutting a few string and rolling out new quilt top to be stitched we just had to watch the machine! It came together pretty quickly. When I get the binding on I’ll show you my first quilt!

Alex is a member of the GE Creative Team and is the eldest daughter within the trio. Her formal training is in education where she teaches Family & Consumer Science classes. The best part of teaching is and getting to use her passion for creativity everyday. Some of her favorites include sewing clothing, quilting, and scrapbooking.
